Masterclass for the win
great information. Jean-Charles gives some great tips and advice while he gives you the knowledge that you need to fight muay Thai. He blends the basics into the intemediate flawlessly. I like this Masterclass series.

He teaches the fundamentals. He is very good at explaining the basics. He definitely has a good program to follow. I bought it so I could train with a friend in stand up as he wanted Muay thai and I have never done Thai boxing just karate, kenpo and general kickboxing. I will be buying the rest of the series as it is good price for the information in them.

Great continuation! Starts where he left off. Skarbowsky's time in Muay Thai really shows with the understanding of the techniques. His explanation of techniques allows even beginners to grasp pretty quickly.

He is an excellent coach that gives many details on the techniques! I've been watching it many times and even though ive been training for many years i even bought the beginners lessons after I watched this. They are packed with value and I recommend it to everyone no matter your current skills.
