This video is devided into concepts, techniques and analysis. You can follow the concepts trough the whole instructional. It gives you an excellent insight how important the shin trap/leg pummeling is for the over/under. Another great benefit is that you get shown when to keep the pressure when to change angle and when to fore the reshoot. Highly recommend!

great content. I saw the philosophy that professor murilo applies on a demo video and it made perfect sense to me. Only later after buying this instructional did i realize he has prooven it in competition again and again. I find pressure passing fascinating as a 66gk male. it allows me to really feel the transfer of weight on to my opponents, and it is nise that you can practice against heavier opponents without holding back, since my low weight category.

Amazing to learn from a legendary competitor and instructor! Professor Murilo is straight to the point and explains the passing system that he has used so successfully throughout his career. The small details and explanations about angles and weight distribution will help you so much when doing this pass. He also goes over the common defenses and how to work around them.

Always nice to learn a position or movement from someone with a mastery level understanding. Simple and shorter with tons of details that make the entry and pass work against a variety of situations.
Probably my favorite passing instructional
I enjoy learning new things and trying to find little nuggets in instructionals. This instructional goes over the positions and concepts which is huge in my opinion. Sometimes an instructional just walks you through technique and positions but leaves out the concepts that are difficult to see unless pointed out. Murillo instructs clearly and is easy to understand.

It's a thorough instructional on the over under and has definitely improved my passing. I really appreciate the section on entries when facing different guards. Love the clear ideas and well thought out concepts. He was really able to make the ideas simple.

Thought I knew enough about the overunder and over over pass, but this video was filled with gold details that make a huge difference. I hope Professor Murilo will do a nogi dvd version of overunder and overover pass in the future!
