This is probably one of the best flowing series I have purchased from BJJ Fanatics. Great content without droning on, a complete Kesa system including Fundamentals, Submissions and Transitions
The Techniques are easy to learn and understand.
Pure gold, as usual from McPeake. Only criticism is that the Coachella choke is missing. Really improved my Kesa game (which was already pretty good)!
Matthew is a fantastic instructor. I really like how he explains why things work in modified kesa. I'll take what he shows and try to add it to my game. Well done.
Great instructional, very user friendly
This is a fantasic instuctional, I strongly recommend McPeake videos. I use this video and his others when I'm drilling my fundentals with my smarty 2.0 grappling *****
Huge fan of the instructional, highly recommend.
Good
Fantastic series. I have been playing this poaition for a while but always struggled with the transitions to north/south and to the ‘other’ side- reverse kesa. I have been practicing on my ***** @ home and in class and have really taken to this position as it is now my ‘go to’ once I get to side control. Thx coach McPeake! Pls come out w other videos!
Simple efficient concept! Effective ways to shut down and eliminate escapes from this position. This method applies brutal pressure and and has the added benefit of leaving your opponent making funny noises AKA "auditory groans of confirmation" Excellent series that opened up more opportunities while grappling. Cheers
Just how matt breaks it down to the fine detail that most instuctors don't do...will transform your bjj game to another level...highly recommended
Conceptual teaching is way more effective imo. Understanding the powerline concept applies in way more positions than just kesa. Strongly recommend.
