I am blown away right now. I ordered some shirts from BJJ Fanatics and when they got here they weren’t 100% perfect. So, I thought that I would write in and let the company know. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much. If nothing else I just wanted to let the folks at BJJ Fanatics know that there was an issue. But, I was shocked to get home the next day and find a package from BJJ Fanatics ( sent next day air – I’m sure that wasn’t cheap ). Then, when I opened the package - much to my surprise - I found not only the 2 shirts that I had ordered ( in perfect condition ) but also a hoodie in my size. Yes, I was painfully surprised. So much so that I started planning my next order right away. The customer service that I’ve received from BJJ Fanatics is second to none! In a world of people trying to get something for nothing this company went above and beyond what was hoped for by this consumer. I’m forever indebted for your kindness and will spread the word to EVERYONE that I know who might be interested in your products. Seriously, I’m still very much blown away right now and can’t thank you enough for your kindness AND for making an awesome product. You’ve set the bar VERY high. Thanks BJJ Fanatics!!
