Great info on what to consider
This was a great webinar presentation on things to consider and think of being pregnant while training jiu jitsu and thoughts for postpartum when it comes to the sport. Next iteration would be nice to see technique modifications while pregnant, so women can feel better prepared to make body adjustments to drilling. Thank you for putting this information out there! It's amazing to see better education on the topic being taught.
