Maybe the best instructional I have seen specifically about ground and pound! Covers most positions and gives a lot of details about how, when and where to strike. Well worth the money.

Excellent and sophisticated system of GnP. Well explained and fun to watch. I've been studying GnP intensively for quite a while and Mr. Hermansson has put a great instructional out. For me it ranks among the best because of his eyes for details and clear approach to this underrated topic of MMA. Thank you !
