  Sensei Andy Hung created an exceptional instructional of how to get chockes work from a conceptual and principal point of view to increase the hits of the techniques. Conceptual Manual for every choke/strangle!! And of course the techniques are taught step by step with moderate pace and full speed at the end iof each section. Highly recommend!!

• Nice Job!

  As a Judo and BJJ black belt, I am always looking to improve my skills. I have always gravitated towards chokes and strangles in my practice. Andy does a great job going through explaining and demonstrating awesome techniques. I really enjoyed this body of work!!!
