Steve Cotter is fantastic in terms of kettlebells, I already have his book and I wanted to see it in a video format.
kettle bells for juijitsu
basic kettle bell movement
Essential
Very detailed and practical, I really like that he not just shows the excercise, but the faulty executions as well. Very good and experienced instructor. I find this instuctionalmuch better than the Strongfirst.
Awesome information
Steve Cotter is the man. Totally worth the purchase.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Worth every penny
Steve Cotter is the real deal. The course is really well done with each KB exercise broken down into pieces with multiple drills designed to help beginners like me learn the right way from the start. Highly recommend!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Steve Cotter - Kettlebell Master
Steve Cotter is THE world expert on Kettlebell training so if you want to learn the ropes or up your game, there's no better place to start than him. This isn't just a tutorial for BJJ conditioning, it's a great tutorial for general kettlebell training. The BJJ specific and extra mobility moves are also a great addition. Just watch Cotter's competition matches and you'll be able to see what kettlebell training can do for your game (especially if you're older than 40).

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Great Kettlebell instruction for anyone...
Steve is an amazing Kettlebell instructor. His ability to teach proper technique and fundamentals on a large range of exercises is something special. I say this as someone who has trained primarily KB's for almost 10 years now and used info and programs from many trainers. That makes what is here not only great for grapplers but anyone interested in using KB for overall fitness and strength. His focus on KB technique as it's own "art" and putting an importance on mobility as well his holistic approach make this a definite 5 stars. While nothing is skipped here, including the KB "Big 6", there is also a good amount of extra work to be done with the KB completely focused on Jiu-Jitsu/grappling. My only complaint would be a request of a section on more detailed programming from Steve. He lays out an idea of how to make your own generalized programming, which is nice. However I would love to see some more concrete options on a program regarding which exercises on each day and the best ways to progress depending on different goals. With that being said, what's here is abundant and of the highest quality. 5 stars for sure!
Great workout and great instructions.
As a personal trainer and a Brazilian jujitsu purple belt this is essential for for all practitioners.

Steve knows his stuff And highly recommend it.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Older grapplers: look no further for the best strength program out there
This is a fantastic instructional for kettlebells (and I'd expect nothing less from Mister Cotter). It's a fantastic distillation of several of the standard kettlebell lifts, and he provides you with clear instruction and both pro and regressions to the movement. The lifts suggested are all relatively low-effort to learn, and provides the user with all of the tools they could want to clean up their form modulo having him right in the room with you coaching your technique. I have no doubt that if you follow the program as outlined, you'll be pleasantly surprised at how much you'll gain from them.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:The kettlebell instructional I've been waiting for to supplement my JiuJitsu
Awesome kettlebell instructional from Steve. I have been waiting for this for a long time. If you want to have great mobility and be strong in those positions that will help your Jiujitsu, this is the instructional for you.
