Gives the main ideas to help teach a good BJJ class. It was too the point and provided all the key points to consider in preparing and teaching a kids vlads
Very interesting.
Wasn’t quite what I was looking for but by no means bad. If you are new to teaching and want help with how to structure your classes this dvd set is perfect.
Must Have for All Instructors!
This is the first course of its kind that I have seen. A step by step approach to creating & running a meaningful, engaging and productive kids’ program! I cannot recommend this higher!
