Great Half Guard and Deep Half Guard Content.
Nice Instructional
Caio gives clear instruction on the general concepts of half guard. He explains some sweeps and positional concepts on the top and bottom half guard and then goes into further detail on the deep half guard. This would be nice for a beginner to understand both sides of the deep half guard. It becomes easier to pass or attack when you know what the bottom player is trying to do.

Deep 1/2 killer
I've struggled with ppl putting me in deep 1/2 for awhile. I found this and it had helped me in more ways than one. Now instead of just surfing the in the deep I actually have some attacks. Highly recommend
