All hail the power of the shoulder lock! Marcelo Cohen has made a career out of pulling apart arms like BBQ chicken wings, and you can too! This course is affordable, concise, and easy to follow. Buy it, go forth and leave a trail of aching shoulders in your wake!

This is a fantastic kimura instructional at a great value. Marcelo provides clear and concise instruction and teaching without added fluff. Easy techniques to immediately implement into your game. Approximately 1 hour long, I often refer back to this instructional. Highly recommended. This will improve your kimura game.

Great instructional! Outstanding value! I am also a smaller practioner, so the emphasis on technique over strength has been helpful especially since I find myself getting kimura grips more often than I used as I progress through my jiujitsu journey.

The price is right and you can’t go wrong. One thing you may notice: The red mats actually make it easier to see the moves. Just a color contrast but it works. He does a great job explaining it. It’s quick and to the point. Pricing is excellent. A private from Marcelo would be triple(my guess). Just Buy It - you’ll Thank me later.
