Jamie Cruz is concise and to the point with his clear instructions. He also includes the finer details to ensure both newer and seasoned students of the art are quick to pick up concepts that the techniques rely on to be effective. If you've been scared to open your guard because you fear losing control of your opponent and are not sure what to do, this is the instructional video that you need. Packed with control, leverage, angle, and attacks... the best use of energy for a favorable outcome! Lots of golden nuggets that will surely improve my Juijitsu game. Will be rewatching this many more times to make sure I absorb it all so I can dominate my opponents. Muahaha! *Evil Laughter*
