This is a good instructional becuase its not so heavy on the inside sankuku position (Danahers DVD) so it is more applicable to comps with IBJJF rules where you are looking more for straight ankle locks, toe holds and knee bars.

Excellent video. Professor DeBlass gives clear, easy to understand instructions. It is the small details that count and he covers things that I wouldn’t have noticed if he hadn’t specifically pointed them out.

I have a few of professor Tom’s dvds and they are all great but this one has helped me tremendously. Like the Danaher ones they are full to the brim with information but there’s something about Tom’s delivery that makes retention easier for me. I can’t recommend this highly enough.
