This instructional was thorough from top to bottom. every detail from positional details, breaking mechanics, defense, and transitions was covered so properly. I’ve been using aspects from the instructional daily in my game at practice, and I am seeing so many improvements from all of the breakdowns and finer details covered in this instructional. Professor Jack is an amazing competitor who came up with a blueprint to take your leg locks to the next level. His instructional is not just informative, he does a very good job breaking down the concepts and techniques in ways that are very easily understandable. I’ve already seen major improvements in my game by utilizing the knowledge given from this instructional and applying it on the mats. i can’t thank him enough
