• Amazing unique content

  Mikey explains concepts that are vital for lower weights in no-gi and useful for heavy weights. He shows how to enter berimbolos, leg entanglements and even how to turn your opponents attacks into back takes. This is info I've never seen anywhere else. This compliments his no-gi berimbolo set and acts as a companion to it.
