Coach Malik Amine devides this series into 3 main pairts: The entries form the refferee´s position (turtle with hands on the mat) via off balancing and leg lacing. The Set Ups/Spiral ride positins and the transitions to pins and scoring positions. He points out the crucial details of the given techniques and its variations. He also shows alternative solutions and points out why he is preferring one technique over the other. The greatest benefit for me was the utilization of the figure four lock around the leg instead of the butterfly lock. Highly recommend!!
