Updated techniques
I coach pro mma fighters up to the ufc. this is one of the best instructionals on BJJ Fanatics. the techniques are current and can be applied in either bjj or mma. Danielle's accomplishments speak for themselves but she makes this easy to understand and apply. Highly recommended.
