  I really like the progression in sparring. That will be really useful for all striking styles so the students get thrown out to the wolfs.

• Karate/kick boxing sparring

  Love the quaility the Machidas put out in their instructionals. Lighting and video is excellent and their english has much improved, no worries of language barrier issues. PLEASE PRODUCE MORE!!

  There’s the sparring, but also a lot of basic concepts and drills to improve tour timing, distance management, etc
