great intructional
Great instructional that teaches a MT as Don uses it in his style. Starts with the basics, to combinations and clinch, Ive actually pulled a few things off during sparring that I learned on this video

If you're at a grapple heavy gym and are looking for some Muay Thai in your arsenal this is perfect. There's a lot for the beginner / novice but with details the intermiate's may not have heard yet, and even some "advanced tricks" sprinkled in. Don is MMA aware too, so my worries about footwork when I recommend were quickly nullified as all I've said prior played out.
