Simple but solid game plan for heavyweight gi BJJ.
As an older grappler it is important to have tutorials which take into account age, speed, mobility and declining strength. This is one of those tutorials. Highly recommended.

I've been doing Jiu Jitsu for 16 years and started when I was in my 30s. This instructional has some solid concepts for us older grapplers!

Now that I'm in my 40's I've had to change my game up a bit. Professor Fabiano gives great tips and details on how to utilize technique when maybe our speed isn't what it used to be. Excellent series.
increible top pressure for us old guys
This is a very comprehensive instructional set. When I first purchased it, there was a download problem and I was missing a chunk of content, but the team at BJJ Fanatics was incredibly helpful and their solutions people fixed it fast. This set combined with Tom DeBlass' "middle aged BJJ gives you a mountain of material to work through. Highly recommend it.
Solid, sensible training for the older grappler. Timeless principles and techniques that work against the fast, flexible youngsters. Great overall.
Very informative and something I have needed when training with younger partners
This was extremely helpful for me at age 67. The tips and drills make BJJ more comfortable in knowing that I can practice and compete more “safely “. Thank you.
