Very technical
This instructional is like going into a jungle. There is a lot going on and a lot of these techniques work in ways which are quite surprising. Very interesting, look forward to putting them into practice.
Iranian Lift
Coach Jason Welch shows how to finish your shot from your knees no matter where your head is or pops out or in. It is about changing angles and directions either to straight finish the shot or redirect it to turn your opponent over. Highly recommend!!! Really useful for jiu jitsu when you have a hard time to deal wth the sprawl!!
