Awesome Instructional
the content is easy to understand and apply. Dan explains things in a pretty concise way. I feel that I got great value out of the instructional including powerful finishing mechanics for the outside and inside heel hooks.
Meat and potatoes
Good product, some overlap but no filler and definitely content not covered in Gordon or John’s dvd. More concise than previous squad dvds, more easy to implement immediately
