The best general MMA instructional available
GSP is a legend who needs no introduction, and his first instructional for BJJ Fanatics is just as good. This is an introductory-level course designed to give a broad overview of the most important concepts in MMA, and anyone who has any interest in MMA or no-gi will find something useful here. Will find something useful here. Even for those of us who are already experienced MMA guys, it’s an excellent technique encyclopedia- when I want to work on a specific technique, it’s nice to review how GSP does it before I get in the cage and start working. As far as broad concepts-based instructionals go, this is one of the best available on BJJ Fanatics.

I absolutely love the instructional. These are absolutely legit takedowns from the man who invented the whole combination of striking and takedown system. You got incredible trouble shoots for each defensive reaction of your opponent and the quality of the product is sensational. Don't be afraid of the short playtime. It's completely cut and compromised content.

The production quality is amazing. The best I've seen on this platform. A little effort goes a long way - No Darth Vader or bloopers. Gsp is a great coach. He explains the move, shows the move then breaks down the move. The video is very focused on takedowns but I wouldn't expect any less. It's very very basic. If you've done any striking this isnt for you. The same set of take downs are repeated for each entry and seemed like filler.
