A true innovator in the sport, the way he blends striking and wrestling makes total sense. Great for wrestlers looking for a complimentary striking style when transitioning to mma.

Good focus on tactics less on drills or special combos. It'll sharpen your fight IQ. He could have easily added his footwork drills in like 15 min but added a plug. The bonus content was just a long poorly filmed rant.
