The reviews
Excellent mobility routine
Overall Ryan’s put out a very good all round mobility routine that covers all bases. The rapid mobility routine is great too for when pushed for time but also the more in depth routines are great for when you have the time. Definitely worth the money for this kind of routine that can then be developed for your own personal needs too.
Great video
Ryan is an experienced practitionner, great content
Highly underrated mobility instructional
Really worthy collection of exercises to build your own mobility routine. The follow along one is great, too. But it's worth time to go through the whole instructional to pick the exercises for one's own problem points. And I like the general approach of making it simple and about consistent work for little, but consistent gains.
For longevity
Great for an overall healthy body
Super helpful
