BMac has one of the heaviest mounts in the game, and this DVD highlights how he does it. From mount maintenance to submissions this DVD contains easily implementable techniques and concepts that pay dividends on the mat.
I love this instructional, Brandon is such a great instructor. He has so much knowledge and teaches in a very fun way. This instructional is packed full of detail, it is a must buy!
I've studied multiple mount courses where I would compare & contrast techniques, pay attention to details each instructor likes to emphasize and which ones they do not. I thought this was a very good course by Brandon, he seems like a likable character, I appreciated the particular way that this course was filmed, the live seminar type format made me feel like I was there, I love his focus on finishing from the top. It really made me think and experiment. I am practicing S-Mount more often because of material I learned in this course. I would recommend anyone interested in making a serious study of Jiujitsu to review the course and to look for details that they can use to up their game.
The Arm Triangle has always been a good submission of mine, but after watching this instructional it has become my best weapon in tandem with the threat of a punch choke.
I love this instructional! I can finally finish an arm triangle without trying to crank my partner into next week.
Brandon is exceptional in his explanation and understanding of how to get kills from the top. I found myself spending whole rounds on top but not landing many finishes. Not anymore.
As with Brandon’s other instructions both here and on his own website. This instructional is both pleasurable to watch and contains so much detail on positions and the submissions that are available from the control from Mount. The s-mount/spider web position is something I use and this instructional has an additional detail I’ve not seen before. There’s plenty more of other gold nuggets on here to. 👍
