It’s awesome to me cause I fight like wonder boy so it helps me improve my own skills, also good to just learn the style in general in my opinion and this is a great way to do it

I found this instructional to be excellent. Especially the basic work with using the front leg roundhouse head kicks. I was not really able to get this to work before watching and practicing with this instructional. I personally still have work to do but now have a roadmap!

Wonderboy shows some cool foot movement, drills, and combinations. If you like his style or want to learn about Karate, pick this up. It's a steal!

Stephen Thompson really structures the fundamentals of his style of movement and how others can copy the ideas. He breaks down each technique into the concept that it addresses. The drill exercises and the kicks he does show how to chain together footwork with attacking the enemy.

A very professionally made piece of work here. Great drills to enhance as well challenge your balance & coordination all while learning distance & timing.I now have a new respect for Karate ,taekwondo practitioners,this was very useful.Thank you.

I really like the way Wonderboy teaches. I was worried that the content would be a repeat of what's on his youtube channel. While there is some overlap, there are a lot of details in here that make it worth watching. Hope to see more.
