there are a bunch of great movement drills, I've been working with a few specifically for some areas I lack mobility and have really noticed a difference
useful to get back in shape after a long break, with movements specifically applicable to grappling
great
good teaching
This is the best mobility/prehab video on the market. Believe me, I have wasted enough money on lesser material to know what I am talking about. Scott has rare depth of knowledge - he knows the research behind his material and he knows how to translate that research into practical exercises. If you follow his directions (in the PDF accompanying the video) he will keep you healthy and on the mat.
I incorporated several of the exercises into my conditioning and quickly improved my mobility (legs especially).
There are a lot of useful drills in this series. Personally, I think the material could have been presented in a more specific and concise way.
The concepts in this video series will help you take your grappling to the next level. Do yourself a favor and order this series. Anything Travis Stevens puts out is very good. His teaching style is both concise and easy to understand the concepts that are being taught.
As always great product, well done and well explained. It's a must have if you want to upgrade your mobility, strength, agility, flexibility and overall well-being. This will bring your grappling game to the next level because you will be able to move with efficiency, awareness and keep on rolling for decades !
I though I was buying a video of drills. But Scott in fact teaches movements we should do do strengthen joints and muscles. It doesn't deserve a 5* because there's no follow along sequence.
Good explanation , very helpful
I was slow in the beginning learning the moves, but once i figured it out it definitely helped my mobility on the mat. Every little bit can potentially help you.
Easy too follow and very functional
