So much detail!
Absolutely awesome instructional! So much detail, and so many new ideas!! Lots of new fun techniques that are broken down in crazy tiny details, so i think you'll get something new everytime you watch it. I highly recommend this video to anyone who likes choking people!! Which is my BJJ passion :D Especially if you're more into No Gi, having said this, all of these chokes can be adapted to the Gi very easily too!! :)
