Realy good seminar!
A realy good seminar from Mica Calvao about Guard passing. I like the fact that Mica is using basics that you can use in all kind of situations. For beginners a must and for higher belts maybe a different approach then you normaly do.

Shorter videos with a relatively simple plan and some techniques for breaking DLR and getting from knee cut through sub. Not a comprehensive passing plan but this works! Mica is an enjoyable instructor too.

Easy instructional to follow and apply, love Mica's approach and teaching style here. Quick videos and techniques, but not the most in-depth passing system. definitely worth the time.

Next Generation Awesomeness
There are loads of different knee-cut technique videos out there, but his one is amongst the top 1%.Mica explanations are rich in detail yet very pragmatic. His English is great too btw.
