Worth every penny
I use this a lot more than I initially planned on. I wanted to explore some new stuff in closed guard gi, and found I ended up using this from my half guard and open guard a lot as well, particularly for countering a lot of passing strategies. Really opened my eyes to some new tactics and directions I could go from leg lasso and defending leg weave

Easy to follow!
The material is easy to follow and covers the basics through advanced sweeping and submission options. Covers all positions such as opponent on two knees, one leg up, standing etc.

Although Jonnatas is speaking Portuguese throughout, the English subtitles are very clear and match his movements very well. The instructional moves at a steady pace and keeps you engaged so don't worry about the language. Jonnatas shows some cool sweeping systems, attacks when the opponent is on the knees/standing, combines lasso with de la riva, single leg x, etc. Also shows many armlock, omoplata and triangle set ups.

I owed several training videos covering the lasso guard but this is definitely my favorite. A must if you want to learn to add lasso to your game!!!
great techniques
great techniques and info. open guard is my game and ive been using it a lot for years, i still managed to learn some good details here. anyone who want to jump into the lasso world, this is a very good one. only thing, he only speaks portuguese, and i dont. you have to read the translation while you watch the video. still give it 5 star for the quality of techniques and info given
