The Back - No longer defending, instead you will be attacking.
If you are looking for a different perspective, then this will be a worthwhile purchase. Learn a system to attack when you are being controlled from the back. Thomas McAuliffe thoroughly teaches his system including what to do with difficult entries into his system; identifying different submission opportunities; and how to respond when your opponent is defending his system. Explanations and demonstrations are clear and easy to follow. There are no notable issues with sound or video quality (e.g., range, focus, or lighting). The instructional has a total runtime of 2 hours and 8 minutes. While Thomas McAuliffe’s system is unorthodox, from my experience it works reliably and creates different options for you when your back is being controlled. I suspect it will change your view of this position, to one of potential submission opportunities.

Love this. In BJJ everyone tries to get to your back; being able to counterattack when someone takes your back is such an awesome skill. You will become a nightmare to your partners ;-)

This system really covers almost every likely possibility of leg and arm positions when someone takes your back. Professor Tom shows you how to submit your opponent while they're in the dominant position. After Tom used these submissions on me a few dozen times I knew I had to buy the instructional. Well worth it.

This was a useful series. I used to feel resigned to only trying to get my back to the mat and putting people in half-guard as a back escape. However, this tutorial gave me several options of escape, neutralizing the opponent, wrist locking him, and submitting them while they have my back. I feel very confident now when someone takes my back.
Simple and Effective
The tutorial was really easy to follow and then apply on the mats. I've had a lot of success with the concepts taught here!
Attack from anywhere!
Toms back defense system takes a confident opponent on the offensive and quickly turns it around into a dangerous situation for them. Deffinitly leveled up my game and I feel well armed in a bad situation.
