  Love the ideas, very well explained, you can integrate them pretty fast. Love doing the arm razor stuff.

• Interesting techniques just not communicated very well

  There were some interesting techniques that I will try, but as an instructional I found I struggled with it. It only took a few minutes for me to get irritated with him saying the term North South matrix, which literally just means North South, when the opponent is on the side and you have the kimura grip. I also found him quite difficult to follow, I didn't feel like he's very good at forming sentences (he doesn't finish all his sentences, which doesn't instill a lot of confidence in what he's saying, and he often didn't explain the why behind the techniques very well, which I felt was required, especially as some of the things he was instructing aren't the the standard of techniques. I was a bit disappointed to be honest.

  This system developed by Greg Hamilton is not only brilliant, but very different and unique compared to your standard submission systems floating around on the market. Ive found that not only has my Lapel choke game improved, since I starting using the Matrix system but my Armlocks and joint locks game has also improved in a matter of weeks. Greg's teaching style is great and he leaves no stone unturned especially with the little things that we tend to either forget or ignore when applying tecniques especially Arm and Joint locks. If you wanna give your opponents and training partner's a very nasty surprise, I would recommend anything by Greg Hamilton because the material he comes up with is not only brilliant but very very effective too. If you want your submission game to improve I fully recommend getting this system by Greg Hamilton because its right up there, What can I say? Its brilliant.
