  Coach Sergei Beloglazov shares his great treasure in terms of setting up and finishing single and double legs, the most high percentage takedowns in wrestling and jiu jitsu. Furthermore you get great concpets and techniques to defend the single leg and avoid the double leg to defend just the single leg. Highly recommend!!!
