Pressure is King
I freaking love this tutorial, I earned the nickname the soul crusher haha. This tutorial really improved my pressure and it helped me a ton with my submission s. I really can emphasize enough how good this series is! If you want to develop soul crushing pressure to force your opponents to slip up look no further you will bot be disappointed. Buy it and thank me later.

I always said that old school is the best way keep it simple and get good at it that is the great way to go I really like the old school Masters the fundamentals of jujitsu really work for me I don't do nothing fancy and I love the pressure crushing old school way from the professor professor! Oss
