If you want to become better and learn all the details you need to become a killer on the mat than buy this dvd! You will learn details that you can use directly in training and competition. I used all the details from this dvd and I was already succesfull throwing people. I feel much more confident now on my feet, offensive and defensive. Not one dvd helped me so far as this one and I have a lot of dvds from the best coaches and grapplers on bjjfanatics. Thank you Min Ho Choi, you are the best!

This has improved my judo very much. never thought morote was for me. but the emphasis on footwork has unlocked this throw and others like uchimata! highly recommended!

Sensei Choi Min Ho teaches how to use your bidy and feet to execute your throws. He points out very clear and precise how to open up your opponent and occupy the created space with your body first and keeping your grips relaxed to avoid blickung yourself with your arms. He also shows exactly how to do the high collar grip to boost the efficiency of the throw. He also teaches how to defend the early stage of the throw by proper weight shift towards the attack and safe your energy! ABSOLUTE RECOMMENDATION!!!

This dude is an Olympic Gold medalist who revolutionized the seoi nage. I literally just finished watching the instructional, and it is incredible just how clear he is in conveying the fundamentals to mastering the shoulder throw, as well as several variations. Please bring him back for an instructional on his Olympic Gold winning te-guruma on Paischer!
