Cross-guard/k-guard is a great position to off balance and submit. This is a very good introduction.
Short and Sharp!
Professor A. C. teaches in a very easy to get it manner. He breaks the guards and attacks step by step. All given techniques are applicable for me as a guy with a big lack of hip mobility. Highly recommend!

Prof Crane speaks in a friendly and clear manner. Video covers more than Omoplata. A good one to learn about ankle locks and knee bars from 50/0 positions. Video is rather short (less than 1 hr total) though compared to many others. Still, it is an informative one and I manage to learn many new things from him.

I definitely am using this instructional, it took me thru omoplata variations, sweeps, and transitions. It is filled with so much knowledge and tradition! I can't wait for the next instructional OSS! Also don't forget, Professor Alberto is a Legend who first American to become a black belt under the Gracie Barra!
