  Adele is a great coach with very concise explanations. Genuinely unique content with details Ive not seen anywhere else, particularly bottom leg work from knee shield, knee lever sweeps, overhook control pointers, sumi gaeshi details and some darce content thrown in for good measure.

  For some reason people have been discouraging me on using an overhook from kneeshield. However, I've been able to make this a real thread in my game and this instructional has helped tremendously. Just as Adele states it's applicable regardless of your physical (dis)advantage. On the other hand, if you do have a strength advantage this technique allows quite some margin to explore and experiment. I would encourage practitioners to buy this instructional.

I've always used the overhook offensively, but Adele's system expanded its potential exponentially. She demonstrates how to use it as a dynamic weapon that flows seamlessly into every major attack. The sequences from the standing clinch down to the half guard are brilliant. If you want a complete system that turns this powerful control into a relentless submission platform, this is essential.
