There are some people who can't find the order to learn because there are so many passguards. If you have this DVD you can learn the passguards in the correct order that you must know.

Plenty of stuff to learn from a world class black belt. Good details and good logical techniques for every body type. You don't have to be very athletic or flexible to do these techniques.
