Must have for understanding guard
Mikey Musumeci continues to show why he's not only one of the world's greatest fighters, but also one of its premier martial arts instructors. In this instructional he goes into detail around key techniques to help with not losing guard position which is critical. The back takes really are a thing of beauty though and Mikey has proved on the world stage that he has world class back taking techniques.

I’ve always been a fan of Mikey’s tournaments and his crazy retention, this video makes a lot of sense and I actually used 2 techniques I learned from the instructional and it helped me keep the guard retention I’ll keep on buying his instructionals I really recommend them, Big fan :call_me_hand:

This was really helpful instructional for me. It was not too long but the content and concepts about guard retention are gold! Recommend to everybody with a basic understanding of RDLR and collar and sleeve.
