Truly Amazing
It's a good series that focuses on the double wristlock and how you can transition from that simple hold to other submission. He also gives you tips on how to force people to submit even if they're a lot stronger than you and you have a tough time locking it in. Definitely worth buying if you're someone who wants to beat stronger opponents on the mat or if you're someone who wants to know how to defend themselves.

Tony C does a good job of explaining the little details in this instructional. The title is a bit misleading, check the menu to see if this is the information on catch that you are looking for.

A little bit differant, but still interesting. Tony shows he's take on some Catch Wrestling's staple holds. This instructional is worth having to fill in some gaps.
This instructional is just ok.
If you're used to say someone like Josh Barnett or Billy Robinson, than you may find this series lacking techniques. Tony should talk less and show more.

Very detailed description/ demonstration of techniques. Also covers slightly sport modified versions of moves so your training partner/comp dont break themselves. Well worth getting, it all clicked and feel after some drilling it'll be part of my game.

There are excellent principles approached in this instructional such as keeping your or your opponent's physical strength out of the equation and bringing more realistic solutions to a real confrontation. However, in my humble opinion, it could exploit even further these amazing principles in a wider variety of techniques.

I've watched and loved all material put out by Tony. I believe he sees and teaches all the nuances and details that, most of the times, are lacking in other people's videos. This set doesn't cover a lot of techniques, its strength is not in the quantity but in the top notch quality and depth of the information given. Really good and a good addition to the Tony Cecchine collection even if you are already familiar with his previous videos.

Excellent overview of technique but could have used a bit more content through to chaining techniques. These could have been shown while in various positions and if you lose them. I'd like to see where future videos go though, this was a good warm up.

Tony is instrumental in teaching the Brutal Art of Catch Wrestling. No One else comes close to applying the techniques like Tony does. Not even today's Catch Wrestlers. I can say, in all honesty that Tony's craft of teaching has helped me understand submissions better than anyone else! My submissions game has literally gone up to a Whole New Level. Look no further, if you are into training Catch Wrestling. In my opinion, Tony Supersedes everyone else in the submission game.
