Nogi Takedowns
I purchased this mainly for the takedowns which is the majority of the focus on this instructional. Definitely worth it if you're looking to improve your standup game.

R. C. created an amazing manual about takedown and submission focused grapplng. He gives a very deep insight about the single leg takedown - offense and defense - and points out the most crucial details of all other throws and takwdowns too. He illustrates by himself what can happen if you miss some keypoints. You will get several leg entaglements with finishes from standing and top half and a bunch of takedown/throw or passing and submission transitions. He shows every technique several times full speed and from different angles and then he breaks it down and puts it togrher with details kept simple. Highly recommend!!

The takedowns and defenses have been incredibly helpful and intuitive, completely changes your game. So many techniques in this series as well, it’s like an encyclopedia! Highly recommended.
