Sag headlocks fundamentals and finishes
Great content. Great teachers. Great attitude. They both have so much positive energy. It’s infectious; I want to go out and chuck somebody on the mat. For years, I have trained what they call the Olympic version, with only some success. Can’t wait to start doing their sag headlocks. Fantastic video! I think it’s especially good for older BJJ guys. I’m 61, with many injuries. I don’t want to get hurt or hurt my partner. The sag headlocks let you throw with explosiveness, but without the hard impact of the Olympic version of the throw (like the Judo Koshi Guruma has). Thanks!

Excellent video
This is one of the best videos I've found on this site. Very clear, accessible explanations of some critical details that seem so obvious once you hear them, but which I'd never thought about before. The sag headlock was actually my go-to move in high school wrestling three decades ago and I had some success with it without really understanding the mechanics, but I would have had a lot more if I'd known the material in this video. As a now-middle-aged BJJ hobbyist, I'm glad to have it now.

Very comprehensive instructional on the headlock. Goes over a few types but focused on entries and finishes for the sag headlock.

Great instructional! Techniques are applicable to all forms of grappling, all body types and all levels of athleticism. The moves are not particularly explosive or difficult, and although I've only recently started using the sag headlock I see it's immediate potential.
