From an armlock point of view there's not a lot of information here, there's a couple of helpful insights and it's quite good for understanding pressure, but nothing is explained as well as it could be: details of the techniques, I felt like none of my possible questions were answered, which may have been partly due to the fact that his uke just couldn't take the effect of what was happening to him. All in all I liked it but it wasn't great, and I took 2 maybe 3 tips from it.
Amazing
Oleg “the Russian bear” Taktarov is a living legend. Fought (and won) with people as hard as nails. The techniques shown are unique, now i want to try them in sparring. For sure the explanation of the mechanics is amazing
