Sasae has been my bread and butter throw since I started Judo. I learned it along with Osoto Gari and they have served me well in my long "career". Colton Brown is a master of Sasae and he breaks it down very well with whole/part/whole demonstrations. I picked key details that have greatly improved my understanding and success with Sasae and combinations. Highly recommended.

I like sasae as takedown. There are not many instructionals on the topic, this is actually complete and really good. I don’t get the criticism on the teaching style: colton is laconic but says everything is important

Sensei Colton Brown shared his deep understanding of sasae tsurukomi ashi. His teaching is mainly focused on the mojor techniques. Hr kept the step by step aporoach super sumple so that it is easy to catch. Later on he is explaining in depth how to get the grips or counter your opponent's gripping. I am a righty but I live to have one solution to act as a lefty to surprise. And thus is it. You get the sasae to osoto combi also demonstrated from same side (last sequence if the 3rd part).
