Keep calm and roll on
This instructional has helped me get out of some terrible situations by keeping calm and thinking about the best way to go and the ruotolos give the best options and are straight to the point

Well structured and well delivered instructional. Ruotolo brothers don't waste time in general talks and jokes like other instructors on the site. They go straight to the point and focus on the technique, providing easy to understand explanation. The techniques in this instructional are fundamental to keep you safe from leglocks. This is one of my favourite videos so far.

This instructional goes over how to get out of leg entanglements in various unique ways. At the beginning they show basic heelhook defense, but it mostly goes over how to get out of leg entanglements and put your opponents in bad positions. They go over the outside ashi, 50/50 and kani basami, which they call Z-guard. Many of these counters I haven't seen before on instructional, but you can see most of them in the Ruotolos' matches. This is a must buy, just watch Tye beautifully defended the leg locks from Nick at the WNO in 2020 and you will know that this material is legit.
