Her style of gripping provides seamless transitions out of fake or failed throwing attempts to ne waza to get the submission or hold in one flow. He points out in great detail how to get your grips and how to protect your own lapel from your opponent. She also gives you a good idea of how to be and stay ahead of your opponent and how to get the proper angles quickly. The techniques are presented in a logical follow up and easy to follow. Highly recommend!

Charline gives great tips on the grip fighting. Also, the techniques shown in this instructionals apply very to bjj and not just judo. A good addition if you want to work on your stand up game
