Super Effective!!!!!
I used this instructional to get taps from my training partners. He made it easy to understand him. Get this if you want to get better at tapping people.
Old school
Old school style submissions. Was able to pick some small details. Interesting to see from a legend.

This instructional from Yoshiaki Fujiwara is awesome. Fujiwara was a student of Karl Gotch and in this series he will share lots of the things he learned from Gotch. Fujiwara went on to be the main teacher for both Minoru Suzuki & Masakatsu Funaki(both the cofounders of Pancrase). While he might be a little slower at his age, Fujiwara is no less dangerous. Do yourself a favor and buy this one and have fun learning from a master submission artist.

Fujiwara is a Japanese CACC legend, and trained by Catch God Karl Gotch! Hes secret moves are sure to get a reaction ftom anyone when applied.

It's great to have a submission master like Mr Fujiwara showing us some of his favourite techniques and giving out some nice tips. The chapter headings need to be sorted out because they don't always correspond to what's being demonstrated. But it doesn't take away from the instruction. At 71 Mr Fujiwara is still as funny and brutal as ever.
