In my opinion this is the very best ankle locking content out there along with guard work around ankle locks or "aoki locks".

I had seen Mateusz' straight ankle lock instructional before and that was great. Not to long and full with great details. This instructional is no different. Being familiar with these positions from his straight ankle locks, this felt like an awesome addition -You will find out -Where problems are and how to solve them within the system. -When to apply the lock or when to adjust. -How to react to opponents moves/reactions This instructional will make the previously thought off as a weak position, the outside ashi, a very strong and dangerous place for your opponents to be. They will be under more of a threat and they will have almost no chance of taking your back.
Best ankle lock instructional out there
This is truly a revolutionary video that really gives the ankle lock an upgrade. The Aoki lock has been out there for a while but no one has developed a complete system around it... until now.

This is such a simple adjustment to the straight ankle lock that makes the position a more diverse and ultimately dangerous submission option and the multitude of entries and positions that mateusz explores is so creative. Loved this tutorial

I have watched many instructionals but this has to be one of the best. You can clearly tell Mateusz spent a long time on refining his system around the shotgun aoki lock. The instruction is to the point and the techniques are tested at the highest level (of competition). Besides providing a comprehensive overview of options; entries; reactions etc. it is full of useful, game-changing details.
