Great system for side control
Not too Little, Not too Much, Just Right
This instructional dives deep enough to be valuable without being overwhelming. I'm sure my professor has covered these positions, but with a rotating curriculum, it might be a long period between refreshers. This feels like solid, no BS jiu-jitsu. The kind I like.

Immediate benefits
Loved it. I always end up in side crush top position and unable to get my leg in front of their hips because of lack of flexibility. This instructional allowed me to gain immediate benefits by using the Kimura grip which is quite easy to get. I got to use some of the techniques including armbar and N/S Kimura immediately after watching. Both of these techniques eluded me because of my mobility issues but not any more! TY!

My favorite position to work from is side control, and I've been having trouble attacking from this position for quite some time now. I'm very pleased that this video has given me an advanced position from side control and a very useful set of attacks from such position.
